Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains how SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, operating the CoreSignal Agency brand, handles personal information in connection with this website, the Clara chat and voice demonstrations, and the CoreSignal platform.
1. Who we are
CoreSignal Agency is a brand of SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 413-2408, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Contact for any privacy question or request: [email protected]. Support: [email protected].
1A. Our representative in the United Kingdom
For individuals in the United Kingdom, SINAY STRATEGIC LLC has appointed HAVEN GLOBAL SERVICES LTD (company number 16267495), First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom, as its representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. You can contact our representative at [email protected] about any matter relating to our processing of your personal data, in addition to or instead of contacting us at [email protected]. The UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) may also contact our representative.
2. Our roles
For this website, the Clara chat, voice demonstrations, prospect follow-up and the administration of customer accounts, SINAY STRATEGIC LLC acts as controller. For the data a client places in its own CoreSignal workspace (its contacts, conversations, campaigns), the client is the controller and we act as processor on its instructions; the client is responsible for informing its own contacts and for the lawful basis of its processing.
3. Information we collect
- Forms (contact, callback, trial registration): name, email, company, country, VAT, company or registration number if provided, chosen plan and billing preference, message, phone number and callback slot if you request a call, preferred language, consent and the context of the request (first page visited, campaign parameters in the URL).
- Clara chat: the messages you write, the name, email and phone number you choose to enter, and technical identifiers of the chat session (session identifier, browser, pages visited during the session, IP address).
- Voice demonstration: your voice, processed in real time to run the conversation with the AI assistant, and the content of the conversation.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, your number, profile name and messages.
- Customer account: users of the workspace, subscription, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser, security and delivery logs of our hosting provider, and the preferences stored in your browser (see the Cookie Policy).
Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information through a public form, the chat or a voice demonstration.
3A. Feedback and testimonials
When you are invited to give feedback on a CoreSignal product, you receive an email containing a personal link. The form collects: the product concerned, a score from 1 to 5, your comment, your first name, the initial of your last name, your country, an optional description of how you use the product, and your agreement to publication. We do not store your email address in the feedback table: only a salted fingerprint of your contact identifier is kept, to prevent a second answer for the same product. We do not store your IP address there. The personal link is signed and expires after 60 days.
- Purpose and basis. Reading and answering your feedback, improving the service (legitimate interest), and, only if you tick the box and we select your testimonial, publishing it on this site (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- What is published. Only your comment, first name, initial, country and date, never your email address or your score. We show no star rating and no average score.
- Selection. Every answer is read. Testimonials are selected for authenticity and relevance, never for the score alone, and are not edited. See How we handle testimonials.
- Low scores. A score of 1 to 3 triggers a private follow-up by our support team; it is not published unless you ask for it.
- Security check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) to detect automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser for that purpose; see the Cookie Policy.
- Retention and withdrawal. Feedback is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after your last contact. You can ask for a published testimonial to be removed, or for your feedback to be deleted, at any time at [email protected].
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request, the chat or WhatsApp, arranging a callback you requested and following up: steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering professional prospects.
- Creating and running your trial and subscription, billing and support: performance of the contract.
- Accounting, tax and legal obligations: legal obligation.
- Security of the site and the platform, prevention of abuse: legitimate interest.
- Optional audience measurement and marketing measurement (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Commercial communications to professional contacts: legitimate interest or consent where required, with an opt-out in every message.
5. Recipients and service providers
- Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery, security, storage of form submissions in Cloudflare D1).
- HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, Clara chat, voice assistants, email and SMS sending, the CoreSignal platform).
- Stripe (payments and invoicing).
- Google (Google Analytics 4 only with your consent) and Meta (Meta Pixel only with your consent; WhatsApp if you write to us there).
- Our email provider, professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
SINAY STRATEGIC LLC is established in the United States, and several of our providers, including HighLevel / LeadConnector, process data in the United States. Transfers from the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom are covered by the safeguards provided by applicable law, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss and UK extensions. You can request information about these safeguards at [email protected].
6A. Healthcare, dental practices and clinics — service paused
CoreSignal Agency does not currently offer, demonstrate or activate AI reception, appointment handling, call recording or transcript processing for dental practices, clinics or other healthcare organisations through this public site. Do not submit health information, symptoms, treatment information, appointment reasons, patient details, recordings, transcripts, medical documents or other sensitive information through our public website, forms, chat or voice channels. This is a service restriction, not a claim of healthcare compliance.
7. Retention
- Prospects (forms, chat, WhatsApp, voice demonstrations): for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last contact from you.
- Customers: for the duration of the subscription. After cancellation, the workspace and its data are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
- Browser preferences: until you change or clear them (see the Cookie Policy).
- Security logs of our providers: according to their own retention periods.
A request submitted through the website is stored in Cloudflare D1 and sent to our CRM (HighLevel). Access or deletion requests are applied to both systems.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity. A request concerning data held by one of our clients in its own workspace is forwarded to that client. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for example the CNIL in France, the FDPIC in Switzerland, the ICO in the United Kingdom or the OAIC in Australia).
9. Security
We use measures suited to the context: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to the platform through individual accounts, limited access rights and providers chosen for their security controls. No transmission or service is completely risk-free. See our Security page.
10. Cookies, preferences and optional tools
This site uses essential browser storage for theme, language and cookie-preference choices. Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after the visitor selects “Accept analytics”. The Meta Pixel is optional and loads only after the visitor selects “Accept analytics and marketing”. The Clara chat and the voice demonstrations are loaded only when you open them. Details, including the services contacted and the browser storage used, are in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site, the platform, our providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions and requests: [email protected].
